Barry D. Willingham

Barry brings to the table over twenty years of management, recruiting and entrepreneurial experience. His expertise include law firm merger and expansion issues as well as helping our clients and candidates enter emerging markets. Prior to joining TalentMind, Barry managed professional services for a Fortune 500 financial services organization and started, operated and sold several successful consulting businesses. He graduated from University of Missouri. St. Louis.

David Grossblatt

David has over 15 years of diverse legal, merger and acquisitions, recruiting, business, and partnership development experience. Prior to joining TalentMind in 1999, David was a practicing attorney and the department head for a leading professional services consulting firm. David has been published in leading legal and business journals including the Daily Journal and The Lawyer’s Competitive Edge.

David received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park. He is an active member of the State Bar of California.

Lesley Kim

Lesley is a member of the State Bar of California and has over 15 years of diverse legal, business and recruiting experience as a practicing trial attorney, corporate director, published author and entrepreneur. She received her JD from University of California - Hastings College of the Law in 1995 and was the Associate Managing Editor, Hastings Communications and Entertainment Law Journal and a member, Hastings Constitutional Law Quarterly. She received her BA from the University of Chicago in 1992. She is a member of the State Bar of California.

Christopher (Chip) Becker

Chip Becker is an accomplished attorney and entrepreneur specializing in communications, real estate, land use and environmental law. He is a member of the State Bar of Maryland. He is the founder of Becktel Communications Services, a consulting firm that provides land use and real estate acquisition services for the world's leading communications companies. Chip received his J.D. from the University of Baltimore School of Law, and his B.A. from the University of Maryland, College Park.

Jeffrey Chandler

Jeffery Chandler is a veteran corporate attorney with experience in corporate, intellectual property and licensing matters from his experience as an in-house attorney with both Risk Management Solutions, a Silicon Valley software company, and PG&E. His legal experience also includes work for the California Public Utilities Commission, the San Francisco Office of the City Attorney and Brown & Wood. Mr. Chandler received his JD from the University of California - Hastings College of the Law, where he served as an editor of the Hastings Journal of Communications and Entertainment Law, and his BA from Dartmouth College.

David Park

David Park earning his law degree at Harvard University and his B.S. from MIT. He has founded several successful consulting and technology companies and serves TalentMind as a business and technology advisor. Prior to law school, Park worked at McKinsey & Company, where he helped clients in fields ranging from healthcare to manufacturing to technology with both strategic and operational issues.

Evan D Barshack

Evan has over 15 years of broad legal, financial and business experience. He currently consults for several Northern California CPAs and tax attorneys specializing in complex business, personal and trust financial and tax planning and filing. He also teaches accounting and finance at several Bay Area colleges.

Evan graduated with an MBA in Finance, a Juris Doctorate, and a BS in Accounting, Cum Laude from the University of Baltimore. He advises TalentMind on financial issues related to law firm and practice mergers.
